What do you think her chances are at the following schools given her stats?

Stats: GPA 3.9 W; SAT (out of 1600) - 1250;
About half honors/AP classes
2 Varsity sports, several clubs, community service involvements

Colleges she is interested in:
Muhlenberg, Loyola (Md), Susquehanna, Salisbury, TCNJ, U of Scranton

Muhlenberg and Loyola are her top choices.

We are looking for additional suggestions. Thank you!

My D had very similar stats and ec's to yours. She chose Scranton and received very nice merit money. She loved her time there and the education she received.

we are not practicing Catholics ... how does that affect the ability to fit in at U of Scranton or at Loyola?

That won't be a problem at Loyola (speaking as a non-Lutheran going to a very-Lutheran college). As long as she is open-minded to religion and isn't offended by religious people, she'll be fine.

I don't know many of the other colleges on her list, but I have a couple of friends who love Muhlenburg.

We are not even Catholic, lol! The Jesuits are very accepting and welcoming of everyone. They are great teachers. My H got his master's at Fordham and loved every minute of it. D knew Scranton was where she wanted to be as soon as we visited the first time. She fit in just fine and S is there now and can't wait to get back for the fall semester. He transferred there after one semester at another college.

thanks for your input. We felt very comfortable at our info sessions/tours at both Loyola and Scranton and were curious if this was indicative of the actual experience of being a student at the schools.
