Help! My grades suck.

I've always been an ok student. Not an amazing one, mind you - straight A's were never my thing. I was comfortable staying within the low A / high B range. Recently, despite these less-than-impressive grades, I was chosen to be a finalist for the Questbridge program, and I was utterly overjoyed. Now, however, my grades are slipping lower than they have since my trainwreck of a freshman year, and I'm terrified that no college will accept me after seeing them.

AP Statistics: 95%
This is a class taken online and will not be reflected on my report card until I complete it entirely.

German III Honors: 85%
On my school's grading scale, this is a C. I have some extra credit work that I can turn in to improve my grade, but this is completely negated by the fact that I failed a test yesterday.

AP Human Geography: 91%
This is a B on my grading scale. I've had an A throughout the course, but somehow getting a 91 (the highest grade!) on our last test dropped me to this.

AP Biology: 87%
You know, I'm not complaining too much about this one. I was never much of a science person to begin with, and I'm planning on getting some extra help from my teacher. Still, it's dragging down my GPA, and I fear that I'll be put on probation in NHS.

This is primarily due to my job - I'm working four out of five school nights every week, not to mention Saturdays. When I get home, I don't want to study or complete homework, and at school, I'm too tired to be as attentive as I should. I'm putting in my two weeks notice soon, but I'm afraid that the damage has already been done.

What should I do?

Stop working man, or at least stop working as much. Your other option is to just take some easier classes next semester. Good luck!

ugh, my job sucks. I’m going to miss having money, but I have no doubts that my grades will improve next quarter once I quit. As I mentioned, I’m just afraid that the damage has already been done.

First of all your GPA is your overall Grade after 2 semester, so start focusing on grades more than money. I’m Pretty sure if you get A’s the next 3 quarters in your classes it will average out.
