So I signed up for SAT 2 math and chem for October testing because of EA. But after rethinking my decision, I changed the chemistry to November test date for $8. At that moment, I thought it was quite weird for it to only cost $8 for a subject test change but I didn’t question it and pressed submit. Immediately after I saw that my October Math 2 disappeared completely!! I called customer service and they said that it’s because I registered with same code and they can’t do anything about it. Help!!! I paid almost $100 total hoping that I could take math 2 in October but now I can’t 
That doesn’t seem right. How was this paid for? If by credit card, there should be a record. This might be a situation where your parents might need to get involved and make some phone calls. Did you print out or download your initial registration?
No I did not print it out and I paid by PayPal. My mom has not called in to check yet. Maybe I’ll ask her to today. Thank you.
