<p>I'm finishing up my second semester of my first year at a local cc. At the end of the semester I should have a 3.4 with 32. I intend to go to University of Texas next spring since i missed Fall 2011 deadline. I have two summer classes i'm signed up for and possibly a third.</p>
<p>My question is... i was originally going to be a finance major at A&M but changed it to Economics at UT about a month ago... theres about four classes i'd be missing from the core because i wasn't planning on changing majors so i wasn't taking those classes to begin with. Should i go ahead and apply at the end of the semester (2 weeks) or take my 2 or 3 summer classes before i apply?</p>
<p>I guess i'm asking if UT will make a judgement based on what i have taken? Or can i tell them in my application that i switched majors during the middle of the second semester and plan on taking those classes as soon as possible? (I'm scared i will mess up my 3.4 with summer classes and just want to apply already) THANK YOU!!</p>
