Help needed! Higher Chance at Dartmouth or Cornell? Chance me

<p>I know Cornell doesn't look at writing scores and I got 800 in Writing. Should I apply to Cornell or Dartmouth ED for higher chances? What are my chances?</p>

<p>If you were a US citizen, the answer would be simple: your chances would be higher with Cornell ED than Dartmouth ED. However, I have no idea how each college views internationals for ED, particularly for financial aid. (You might check to see if Cornell meets full need of internationals.)</p>
