HELP NEEDED: UNC, Georgetown, Vassar, NC State, and more.

Hello, I am a junior in high school in North Carolina and am looking for some help regarding schools I'm looking into. If anyone could share opinions on my chances of getting accepted or general opinions of the schools, that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

State of Residency: NC
Currently a junior at a small, private, college prep school. Not a boarding student.

GPA: 3.98 unweighted, 4.66 weighted.
SAT scores: 2020 (620 math, 690 reading, 710 writing)
Planning on taking at least three subject tests.
Will have taken seven APs by graduation. My school only offers nine APs total.

I am the current treasurer and will be the co-president of my school's Model United Nations Club. I began as a sophomore and have given up several weekends for conferences so far, winning various awards.
I am a member of my school's math honors society, Mu Alpha Theta, for which I must complete two hours of math service a month (i. e. tutoring, etc). I was also inducted into the Latin Honors Society and have won an award for the National Latin Exam every year I've taken it. I will be a four year senior on the cross country team, having won coach's award as a sophomore.

My school is very close-knit and I have great relationships with my teachers. I am expecting recommendations to be very good.

So...what are my chances for:
Georgetown University, American University, George Washington University, Haverford College, Vassar College, Boston College, Middlebury College, UNC-Chapel Hill, and NC State? I intend on majoring in political science or international relations. Thank you for any input!
