<p>If you are an international student who needs financial aid to study in the US, your “safeties” are in your own country. The best you can hope for in the US is a “high match” or a “reach”. Don’t fool yourself on this issue.</p>
<p>If you need financial aid, you shouldn’t apply anywhere Early Decision because you need to be able to compare financial packages. You can apply to any number of places that have Rolling Admissions. Some of these colleges and universities have already begun to take applications, and have begun notifying students of acceptance for fall 2010.</p>
