Hi everybody heres my situation,

Ok the book I have looks like the old one, but it says the "Successor to the 10 Real SATs"

Im confused, like I searched the 2nd edition on Google, and it didnt look like my book. Then I searched the 1st edition, and it looked alot like mine but it had the "Successor to the 10 Real SATs" under the "#1 Best Seller" bit at the top.

Also if the book I have is outdated, can I still use it? What would I be missing if its not up to date? Because I read about the "New" SAT vs. The "Old" SAT and I want to make sure im 100% prepared for this New SAT.

I also have a studying problem. So last night I spent 3 hours doing Critical Reading, and I got 9 problems wrong out of 30 questions (which is horrible). Well im in the process of going over the questions, but I feel like I'm not gaining anything by reviewing them. I am taking notes in my spiral-SAT notebook, but how do I know I will improve? I want to go from 9 correct out of 30, to 30 correct out of 30, by the June SAT. So I don't have an abundance of time, so I want to make sure everything is efficient.

LAST Question:

What is an effective, study plan? Currently I've been working on Critical Reading for 2+ hours a day, and learning 10 new words of vocabulary a day, using Sparknotes"250 Most Difficult SAT Words" list. Should I do like a new sectiong (ie. Writing, Math, etc) on a different day, or focus on a certain section for an entire week? I would study for CR all week, but Im scared I will not be ready with the other sections by the June SAT. I feel I could study 3+ hours a day with solely CR until June, because I want to be that prepared
