Help neeeeeded - Wharton Vs Cambridge

@whartongrad08: Jed isn’t an appropriate example. He simply isn’t human! :D

not really…he’s a pretty typical submat grad. He’s also followed a typical submat grad path…UG/MBA -> Associate at PE, IB, HF.

Haha, yeah I get what you mean. Tons have done what he has.

But, still, come on that guy is nowhere near ‘typical’. If there is anyone as beastly as Joyce Meng, it’s him.

Yeah he is not your typical wharton undergrad…definitely top 5%…very smart guys that has great social skills, presence, etc. However, I still wouldn’t categorize him as “beastly.” He was one of the smarter guys in the class but nothing super crazy like Joyce. She was nuts…ridiculously smart but man did she lack any social skills, etc. She was so annoying in class though…haha. She was the typical person that would ask questions in class, the kinds of questions that would just like repeat what the prof had just said just so that she could get participation points, etc. She did this so much that one day our acct prof blew up at her and started cusing her out…he was like if you dont get the f—ing material come to my office hours don’t waste your classmates time with idiotic f—ing questions, if youre going to keep asking questions then get the f–k out of here, etc. hahaha.

I would say in my class the most beastly people (at least on paper) are Joyce, Nat Turner (just sold his company to google for $70-80M), Jack Abraham (just sold his company to ebay for $70M), followed by the likes of Jed and some of the other submats.

LOL. :D

I met her for like 5 seconds two years ago. Seemed pretty social, but I guess you can’t really tell in that short amount of time.

Didn’t know about Nat Turner and Jack Abraham. Damn. I stand corrected. These guys are beasts!
