<p>yes you can still do early decision and yes you have to rush it in</p>
<p>so how can i rush it? do i choose the option after i take the exam or when i register?</p>

they still take it right,....</p>
<p>As soon as your scores are available online, the option to rush becomes available. It takes 2 days from receipt of your request to rush the scores. They do accept the scores.</p>
