Help on appeal to UCSB!!!!

Hello! I was just rejected from UCSB yesterday, my dream school.
My non weighted gpa is about a 3.8, and right now I have a 4.5 for this semester.
My SAT was an 1800, and ACT was a 26.
My ec's include: volunteering at an animal shelter, animal hospital, and aquarium over the last four years, cross country for 4 years (and captain this year), track, swimming, participating in my school's drama program, photographer's assistant for many years, 5 ap classes over the last 2 years and some honors classes.

I really really need help in writing an appeal to this school! This is my dream school and I will do anything to get in!

Does anyone have any successful appeals?
THANK YOU

Do you have any new information for UCSB though? like a higher SAT score for example? On their website it says

"For an appeal to have merit, it must bring to light new information that was not present in the application—information that clearly shows the student to be stronger overall than had been earlier evidenced. "

So unless you have anything like that, your chances look pretty slim.
