Help on brainstorming topic!!

<p>Hi~ how many words is your essay to be?</p>

<p>First, list 5 things that are important to you at this moment in time. Here are mine:</p>

<li>Getting to my next job on time</li>
<li>Paying off my credit card before going overseas</li>
<li>Helping students with their academic work</li>
<li>Walking my dogs today.</li>
<li>Getting some gardening done.</li>
</ol>

<p>Now, next to each item on your list write if it is personal, school related, political, local etc.</p>

<p>You could go with the category that is most popular for you, for me this would be personal. Or having categorised your list you may now have a better idea of a category you would like to write about, for example, I would prefer to write about the school related topic.</p>

<p>Let me know when you’ve done the above an we can continue from there. </p>

<p>thanks for the help! I have one minor correction though, the topic is asking for an issue of importance. So im guessing it should be something like global warming?</p>
