Help on chances please

I'm currently a junior in high school. I'm worried about getting into a good university because my freshman and sophomore years did not go so well. Freshman year my GPA was 2.8, sophomore year was 3.0. Granted, I did go to an extremely tough private school for my freshman and sophomore year, but the low GPA obviously concerns me. In my junior year I moved to England, and now go to a prestigious international school.

My GPA this year is 3.8 weighted.
PSAT scores were: 630 math, 660 verbal, 680 writing.
Varsity cross country, golf, basketball.
MUN
Habitat for Humanity in Poland.

The trouble is that since I live in England, I dont have state residency anywhere, so I get no preference with any state schools.

Here is the list of schools that I have been considering...what are my chances at these schools:
Emory University
Vanderbilt University
Clemson University
University of Texas
SMU
University of Georgia
Wake Forest
Trinity University
William and Mary
Washington University (St. Louis)

Thanks!

the frosh/soph academic records might bog you down a bit (as well as the SAT scores...)
