What exactly do I do if I earned College Credit through a course in High School from another college on applications? Do I transfer the credits after I get admitted? How do I let the college know I have the credits? Thanks guys

I'd like to know the answer to this, as well.

It depends on the specific school. In any circumstance, have the transcript sent to the college, just like your high school transcript.

so do I have to contact the school I received the credit through and have them send it? Do I send it during the admission process or if I am only admitted?

bump please help... sorry to drag up but I need to know

bump? Please?

Have the transcript sent before you are admitted, while they are still evaluating your application.

be careful, some schools don't accept college credit if it was in a high school classroom setting, make sure you ask them about it.

get your college credit added to your high school transcript, sending a college transcript (i've read) can confuse admissions and make them think that you are applying as a transfer. i did both (1 class on my hs transcript, and then 4 classes shown in a college transcripts i sent), but spelled everything out in a cover letter

It's not about getting college credit and it doesn't confuse them. The Common Application even says to have your college transcripts sent to your schools ASAP. It's very commonplace.
