So for each question, can I give a straight answer or do I HAVE to relate it back to why I want to go to the college and etc?
Most of the supplementals are 150-250 words. Do I have to relate it back to the school on every question?

Um… without seeing the question, I guess it depends. But you only have so much real estate in your application. You don’t want to be too repetitive. Remember that all they know about you is what is in the app and recommendations. I think most people are multi-faceted, and generally you want the admissions committee to see that.
