<p>I'm having some trouble on figuring what exactly the short essay is for. I wrote one up and was hoping someone can read it and tell me if what I'm doing is "right"? Preferably no '08ers for this.</p>
<p>For the short common app essay, take the prompt literally and simply explicate upon an activity(Why did you join?, What did you learn?, etc) you listed previously. Be direct and concise. Brevity is key! You only have 150 words.</p>
