I have been accepted at UPenn for engineering, Georgetown, Boston College, and Cornell (Biological Engineering). I am starting to get overwhelmed as to which school I should attend. It seems like everyone is asking me way too many questions. As I plan to probably attend grad school, I am wondering which school would be best to attend? Thank you for any comments.

Engineering at Cornell is definitely better than all the schools you've listed there.

Cornell by far is the best for engineering when compared to the schools you've listed.

EAST OR WEST, CORNELL ENGINEERING IS THE BEST

what about if I wasn't sure, and ended up going pre-med

Cornell is excellent for the pre-med route. You can't go wrong. :D
