<p>Hi,
With obviously bad planning, I realized a day before winter break that a few of the colleges (two are ivy leagues) I am planning to apply to require an official transcript be send to them by the deadline of January 1st. I immediately requested the official transcripts that day but it will take a few business days to get them (in this case will be on January 5th). Since the deadline for the application is January 1st, I won't be able to get them by the deadline of the college apps. I already emailed the colleges telling them my situation but they have not replied yet. Will late submission of official transcripts jeopardize my applications? Is there still anything I can do right now to make up for my bad planning?</p>
