My daughter is currently completing the Common Application for her college choices. Her first SAT I scores are lower across the board than the next two times she sat for the test. Is it required that she records all SAT scores on the Common Application or can she report only the scores of the two tests she did well on?

Thanks!

im pretty sure you can even just self report your best scores

Report 'em all, sorry to say. And it is logical.

The admissions folks from HYPSM, etc, all came to our school, and most were asked this very question by one kid with the same issue. To quote one of the admissions officers....
"What do you think it tells us about someone who only reports their best scores, when we later get the official SAT report itself with all of your scores?"
Then, upon debriefing with our college placement person, she said only the uninformed would report only their best scores. Posting only your best is a half truth, and the colleges play it that way.
