hey guys,
i just took the SAT II Chem and received a terrible 660. Should i take it again in Nov. Will it have a negative impact? I am sure that i can do much better. I would also like recommendations for good prep books.

thanks

are you taking a chem class next year? and yeah take it again and study over the summer. Barron's is pretty good, although I didn't really study it that much ;) . Get zumdahl too.

what schools are you considering?

I've already taken two chem course, one in 10th grade, another in 11th and i wont be taking any next yeard. None of the courses i took were AP or Honors, just Chem I and Chem II. I used a 3 year old Barrons book to prep and I got a 720 on the practice tests, I dont know what brought it down to a terrible 660.
I plan on Bio Med Engg

Schools I plan on applyin to: Johns Hopkins, Duke, UCSD, U Wash, Stanford, U Mich- ann arbour, Georgia tech, Rice, Case, U texas-austin, Tex AM-college station and Northwestern

PS: Which test prep book is good with a lot of practice tests? Is Sparknotes good?
