They say you can submit the recommendation of a computer science teacher.

But on the application when im trying to fill it out theres a field that says:
Academic subject taught by high school teacher:

And there is no computer science!
Only Math, Science, English, Foreign Language, History, Social Science

WHAT DO I DO/PICK??

And another question:
What do I write for the code number and credit hours of the classes I am currently taking?? Do I get the code number from the high school? And the credit hours are 5 and 2.5 like in my school?

For the code numbers, I put the actual course numbers from my school's curriculum guide. For the hours, I put 1 for year long classes and .5 for semester classes. As for your recommendation, I think they want a teacher in a core class, like the ones listed.

About the core class thing, it also says computer programming on the teacher recommendation sheet. This confuses me because I don't believe that computer programming is considered a core class. As of now, I am going to give it to my AP Comp Sci teacher, but if anyone has more info on that, please let us know.

MY computer science teacher did my recommendation...I just wrote math for the subject area (since that is how they count it on my HS transcript)
