I recently got the UCSD Supplemental Application-Questionnaire and it is due on February 3, which is in 3 days. This is my only chance of getting into my dream school due to my GPA and SAT score being below UCSD standards.
I believe I received this because of my personal statement and if someone would kindly assist me in this, I would message my personal statement to them. A summary of it is I was born in the Philippines, single handedly raised by a single mother due to my father passing away when I was at the age of three. I then moved a lot to many different places because my step dad was in the military. I learned that home can be a person and not a place and that my home is my mother.
