Help On UT Austin BHP Acceptance

I'm a sophomore in highschool. I live in Texas and want to stay in state for college. When I graduate college I want to work as a Investment bank analyst and the move to hedge funds or private equity. After further research I read that UT McCombs will set me up best and their BHP even better. I wanted to know what I should do to get acceptance into the program. I am ranked 10th out of ~660 students, I have straight A's, but my extra circulars lack. I play soccer and I'm in a program that assists around our area. In the later years I will be in the National Honor Society, and if you all think it will be helpful I might join student council and DECA.

What are y'all's thoughts?
Thanks!

You’ll be fine however do deca and compete and then don’t just apply for nhs anyone can get that go for an officer position
