<p>Overall you have a pretty decent chance. The fact that you are a URM and from NC will definetly help you. I would try to get the guidance counselor to vouch for that C. As far as GPA, its hard to tell wat that number means because it is weighted and there is no rank, so i can't speak for it. Your SAT's are on the low side, but URM status and instate may compensate pretty well. I would just focus on your essays and hope for only the best.</p>

<p>Yeah, it's hard to say how much your background will fit into your decision. It certainly is an anomaly, coupled with currently living in NC. I mean, you certainly have perhaps more than a decent shot; apply. Good luck!</p>
