Help! Payment stuck

<p>After filling in all the details for payment, a new page loaded stating that the payment was being processed.
It shows a 5 second counter, but it has been stuck there for the past half an hour.</p>

<p>I even got the ‘transaction complete’ message on my phone from the bank, but the page is still stuck.</p>

<p>The page read:
"Processing payment…
00:00:05
Do not reload this page or use your browser’s back button.
Please wait 20 seconds while we process your UC Application Fee payment. Do not reload this page or use your browser’s back button while waiting! "</p>

<p>What should I do?</p>

<p>Open the UC application on another tab, log in and see if your application shows as submitted. The confirmation from your bank is an very good indicator that your payment processed.</p>

<p>If using another tab doesn’t work, do the standard: shut down, restart and log in again. (No one ever listens when we say to submit well in advance of November 30th… Website issues happen EVERY year on the 30th…)</p>
