Help Picking 5 Awards

Hi! I'm applying to some UC schools, and was wondering which awards I should put down in the Awards/Honors section, since there are only five spots.

They are:

Most Inspirational (for Student Council, selected by Advisor)
Leader of the Year (for Student Council, voted by Student Council)
CLASS Award in Leadership
Trailblazer (Kind of like a student of the month for each department, but awarded during only one month, to like twenty students)for English
Trailblazer for Community Service
Selected to be HOBY Ambassador
Scholar Award (awarded to one senior girl and one senior guy)
Student of the Month for November (one senior boy, one senior girl selected and presented by my city's chamber of commerce)
As part of Student of the Month for November, I received these awards:
Scholastic Achievement Award from California State Assembly "in honor of being named Student of the Month"
California State Senate Certificate of Recognition "in honor of Student of the Month honors"
County of Riverside Certificate of Recognition
Certificate of Recognition from City (for SoM)
National Merit Commended Scholar

Thank you for your help! I'm just a little confused whether or not I should include the awards from the state, even though they are all for having received Student of the Month.

:)

In general, you want to pick the most selective and broadly based awards, ones that don’t duplicate the same honor, and if possible, ones from different aspects of your academics and ECs.

Just some thoughts:

Leader of the Year looks like a higher honor than most inspirational for SC since it’s voted on rather than appointed.

Scholar Award seems good because it’s for the entire sr class.

Nat Merit is a nationally recognized award.

If you put a monthly or class award, just put the highest level of recognition.

I’m not familiar with HOBY.

Thank you! You’ve helped a lot :)
