Help Picking Out a Few More Schools

Hi all. I currently have a list of a few colleges i will be applying to but i was wondering if i could get some assistance in picking out a few more potential matches to think about.

GPA: 3.5 cumulative UW
SAT: 2070 (770M, 670R, 630W)

My current list

Safeties: FSU, UCF
Matches: UF, Ga Tech
Reaches: UT at Austin, Johns Hopkins and Princeton (Dad is forcing me to apply there even though my chances are slim at best)

My preferred major is chemical engineering. I would greatly appreciate any help.

UIUC and Umich are top notch for engineering and not impossible for you to get into (Umich will be harder). They both would be match to reaches for you (although much more than the slim chance at Princeton.

Other schools to possibly consider, although these will be difficult to get into: Rice, UCB, UCLA, Northwestern, WUSTL, Cornell, Stanford, MIT. All of these have strong engineering programs.

Virginia Tech, Clemson, Michigan State, Worcester Tech (WPI), Wisconsin, Minnesota, Purdue, Pittsburgh.

NC State Univ.
