Help Picking Senior Classes

Hey guys, I wanted some advice with choosing courses for next year. By the end of this (my junior year), i will have taken the following APs: Biology, Chemistry, Physics B, Psychology (self-study), World History, U.S. Government & Calculus BC.

Here's what I plan to take next year:
-AP English Lang or Lit
-AP Euro History
-Differential Equations & Advanced Math Modeling (dual-enrollment)
-Organic Chemistry
-Anatomy & Physiology
-Scientific Research
-Intro to Microbiology & Human Heredity (dual-enrollment)
-Mathematical Biology (dual-enrollment, after-school class at Virginia State U)

I know Princeton (and colleges in general), want you to continue on with a demanding course load senior year. The thing is, I've pretty much run out of AP courses that I'm interested in. I don't want to jeopardize my chances of getting into Princeton and other selective schools just because I'm only taking 2 AP classes next year. I'll be graduating high school with nine anyway. The other AP/dual enrollment classes that I could take next year are AP Stat (SLACK class w/ dumb teacher), AP Envrio (also slack & fully equipped with dumb teacher), AP Physics C Mechanics (boring class w/ boring teacher; only half of typical AP Physics C course), and Linear Algebra (dual enrollment w/ community college; same teacher as AP Stats).

The point I'm trying to make is, of the remaining AP classes I have to choose from, I'm probably not going to do or learn anything in them. Still, I want to know if the course load I've picked for next year will hurt my chances of getting into Princeton. Last year, a guy at my school took 7 AP classes his senior year, and now he's at Princeton.

What should I do?

The classes that you're taking are fine. Many of them are above the AP level anyway (like the college courses) and Princeton will value them more. Take what you planned!

sounds fine to me...wow, your school offers a lot of different science and math classes...jealous! anyway, stats is a possibility, b/c like you said, it is good to take a harder courseload, but the ones you have listed now are likely higher-difficulty anyway. and at most schools, you can't TAKE 7 APs in one year...at mine the max is 6...(i'm taking 5)...9 total APs is great. kudos on your hard work.
