<p>Sorry, but on the website it says that to be eligible for the merit-based you have to be a US citizen or prem.res., but on another page it says all students admitted are eligible without separate apps.... have any internationals received merit-based awards from CMU?</p>
<p>Hey thanks for the help! it was appreciated....now you probably got your answer by now but Ill still post it anyways. I wrote CMU (Carnegie Mellon University rite???..lol new here!!) asking about something similar and this was their response; "Unfortunately, Carnegie Mellon does not provide application fee waivers, financial aid, or scholarships for international students. International students will have to provide adequate funding which is approximately $46,270 (including health insurance) to cover the cost of their education." Hope it helped</p>
