Help!please! how to get a waiver! SAT

Hi. I qualify for free lunch and am signed up for that program in my school. I have taken the SAT but never with a waiver. How can i get a fee waiver to send my scores?

also i am applying through common app and have received a waiver for the application fee but i need a fee for the SAT scores to be sent. thank you!

If you can post on this website, you can do a search. Remember google is your friend. I would also get a new GC.

Ask your GC to consult with the head of the Guidance dept. Your GC should have access to the code you need for the fee waiver.

I believe you first have to use a fee waiver that you get from your GC to register for the SAT, then you can send four free score reports for that test.

I don’t think you can send free scores if you didn’t use a fee waiver for the SAT.

Call the Collegeboard and find out if you can send all previous SAT results in one score report if you register for another SAT now with a fee waiver.

But you would have to wait then until you take that SAT and results come out.

Did you ask the school if they will accept the scores reported on your school transcript?
How many scores do you have to send?

Print out this guide and take it with you to GC. Look where it mentions flexible score reports. There are instructions on how to proceed if you were fee waiver eligible but didn’t use one for the SAT.

Flexible score reports students eligible for free waivers

Students who are eligible to use free waivers can send up to four additional flexible score reports at no charge as part of the SAT Fee-Waiver Service. These additional score reports:

Can be used while the student is in high school
Can be ordered at registration or at any time after a student takes an SAT Program test
Can be used by eligible students even if they previously registered for the SAT or SAT Subject Tests without using a fee waiver 

Only four flexible score reports for fee waiver-eligible students can be used during the student’s testing lifetime, regardless of the number of times a student registers. These fee-waiver services do not apply to rush fees for expedited score reports.
Using the flexible score reports

Students should determine how many credits are left before placing orders. They can do this in two ways:

Go online to My SAT. The number of flexible score reports appears automatically if students have previously registered for the SAT or Subject Tests using an SAT fee waiver.
Obtain a fee waiver from the counselor. Call Customer Service (this link goes to the student section of this website) and provide their fee-waiver code along with registration information from their most recent test date.
