Help please, made a mistake on commapp

<p>Hey guys so I made a silly mistake on the common app. For American University, in the academics section of the questions, I accidentally selected "Yes" for the Emerging Global Leader Scholarship for International Students. The problem is, I've already submitted my Common App for this school and now I'm working on the supplement questions and there are about 5 for this scholarship I do not qualify for.</p>

<p>What should I do ? Should I just leave it blank and not answer the questions (can I even do that?) I know its not possible to edit anything on the common app once its been submitted but I was just wondering if it would be "OK" for me to just leave it blank.</p>

<p>If the form won’t allow you to leave blank answers, instead you can say “none”, “not applicable” or something along those lines.</p>

<p>The questions require me to upload my answers via pdf. Do you think I will be penalized if I simply don’t submit anything at all? I’m guessing they just won’t consider me for the scholarship… But I hope it won’t hinder my chances of getting in. Any thoughts?</p>
