Help...Please

Yes, I'm an idiot. I realize that, but I really hope there's some way to fix the situation.

The application deadline for two of the colleges I'm applying to(being recruited athletically at both so I am kinda obligated to apply) is next Monday and Tuesday and I don't have my teacher recommendations ready. I take my senior year classes at a local college so I don't really keep in touch with my teachers and somehow it didn't occur to me that my high school teachers wouldn't be checking their emails over break, and neither of the two I emailed earlier this week about writing recs for me have responded abut it being ok to list their emails. You can't submit the common app without putting in an email for two teachers to write the recs for you. I feel so horrible for waiting this late to do this...does anyone know a way to submit the applications without the teachers emails or anything that could possibly help me? The two schools are Cornell and Syracuse by the way.

I feel for you im sorry i was on the same boat. I actually contacted the schools myself and they told me that its okay to have the teacher recs come in a little late, but if you haven’t even invited them, then I dont know… Isn’t there like a school website you can go to and type in the teachers’ name so their emails pop up? thats how i found mine. Also we have this school district email thing that you can use someone’s name to send emails. i hope it works out for you

Thanks for the reply jellyman.

I have both of their emails and I am pretty confident that they would write me good letters(maybe a little angry about the timing…) but I don’t know how rude it would be to list their names and emails without them confirming to me that it’s ok…
