Hello Everyone
I'm new to cc so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong section or if im not doing this correctly

I'm an international student (senior) and will be applying for college this year.

I took the SAT three times but the score didn't really change: 2160, 2200 and 2150 (CR: 680 M: 800 W: 720)
SAT II: Chem 750 Math II 800

Since I'm an international student, we don't calculate GPA's. I'm a full IB diploma student and my predicted score currently is 39/45. (What's that in GPA scale?)
Also, I'm a November session student meaning that I will have my legit IB scores by early January and will include in in the admission. Does this mean colleges will disregard my predicted score provided by my highschool as I have my real IB scores? Because im very worried about my low predicted score affecting my chances and Im confident that i can score around 41~43 in the real exam.

great EC's won couple of awards in national basketball tournaments. I committed around 500 hours a year on basketball.
lots and lots of community service
Actively being involved in school committees and groups
My sister and I brought in a charity organisation to our city. Currently have over 150 subscribed members who donate monthly. Send around 2000 dollars a month to the headquarters
Not too many academic awards though... :(

I don't know what major i want to apply for but probably will avoid engineering...
