<p>i'm from singapore and i've been accepted ED to UPenn. they require me to confirm my enrolment by 1st Jan 2005, along with USD$200 deposit. </p>
<p>the problem is, i can only study in the USA if i am awarded a scholarship from singaporean sources but these scholarships are awarded only around feb/march 2005.</p>
<p>i really have no idea if i will be able to matriculate at UPenn... what should i do?</p>

<p>hey milkcarton, try and contact the admissions office by email. unfortunately i have only the email address of the european officer.. but you shouldn't have any probs finding the correct email addy on the homepage!</p>
