<p>i'm a california community college student, my family wants to moves out of state, if i chose to stay in california to finish up school would i be considered an out of state student once my parents moved because my parents still claims me on their tax once they established their residency in another state? How would this affect my grants and tutition once i trasnfer to a UC, and so forth thanks</p>
