Help Please

I'm only a junior, so I haven't taken the SAT or any AP tests yet, but here's my stuff besides that-

Classes-
GT Physics (gt is the highes they offer in these classes at my school)
GT Pre-Cal
GT English
AP US History
American Sign Language II (I'm concerned about this one b/c emory doesn't accept it as a foreign language. It's the only foreign language that will fit into my schedule, so I'm wondering if I need to take french or something at my community college on the side....comments? I love ASL and I think that having a Deaf teacher is a wonderful oppertunity. I'd hate to drop it senior year for something else, but I don't want it to limit me....)
3.92 GPA
class rank: 12/409

Volunteering-
I have about 250 hours right now, but I hope to have about 500 hours by the time I apply next year.
I volunteer at my local library, hospital, and Shoes for Orphaned Souls foundation outside of school. I'm actively involved in a bunch of clubs at my school as well like Student Council, NHS, and Crimestoppers and I do a lot of communtiy service projects for the school through them.

Extracurriculars-
Tennis- I've been on the varsity team the last three years
Piano- played for nine years. I do the state theory test every year and compete in GUILD. I played at the State Piano Convention in an ensemble last year.
Harp-I play for my school's orchestra, band, and choir and in a youth orchestra outside of school as well. I've been to a ton of camps over the summer and have performed with the Richmond Harp Insituteand professional musicals in the metroplex. I hope to make the state orch this year....I play a lot of free concerts and stuff for the nursing home down the street and play at churches, parties, and weddings (it's my part time job).

No big awards, just school stuff I suppose....

colleges considering:
Emory University
Stanford University (they're recruitning harpists right now!)
University of Texas (safety school....)

So what do you think?
