HELP please!!

My Cornell account has been disabled, why??? What does that mean?

Calm down, I am sure that they are doing some maintenance on the site or something...if it still doesn't work after a day or two, try emailing or calling them. No big deal!! :)

My account isn't working for about a week. I emailed them but I did not receive any answer!

Ohhhh...I think it's Cornell's way of "trimming the fat" so to speak. They probably start deleting the accounts of rejected people a little early so as to make sure they are deleted on time...and that explains the them ignoring you thing too. They probably don't waste their time on rejected people.

Not only that, I believe they'll charge you for each time you try to log in, because it's a stress on the system.

Bad news....However, thanks..

Other opinions?

she is not serious. my account is not working either. we are doomed. at least i hope nicky isnt serious....

where is grischun? is it near lucern?

wait, sorry, i typed my CC username instead... hehe. my account DOES work.

Haha, no I wasn't serious...I thought that was pretty obvious

well....did anything change after you logged in??

NickyJane18

You have been right...Cornell has withdrawn my application.

are you serious??????

Yes... :( Apparently I didn't complete my file...I can't believe it.

dang, that really sucks! was cornell your first choice school??? surely they cannot just withdraw you app without notifying you first! did you know your file was incomplete??

LOL the same thing happened to a friend...he got a likely to Duke too so its not like he wasn't qualified...

MIT was my first choice. After I was rejected I hoped for Cornell...Yes, I did know that my file was not complete so I emailed Cornell and asked what I should do. They answered that it would take additional time to process all parts of my app, AND: "You will be notified if you are missing any information." They didn't.

that really sucks, u should make an appeal or something.....you should at least get your application fee back IMO

Wow, I'm sorry, but I find that to be extremely unethical. It's not even your fault that it happened, right?? If your school or one of the testing agencies messed up you should definitely pursue legal action!!!!!! Call me, I'll hook you up with a hot attorney!!!!!!!!! Haha

yeah, certainly dont just say "okay, too bad for me." call them up, fuss up a storm...and say you're contacting a lawyer or something. okay, maybe not that extreme, but most definitely call them and try to argue something out. let them know you REALLY REALLY REALLY wanna go there.
