I have a 28 on my ACT and a 1940 on the SAT.
I plan on taking both again and improving on both tests, but just for reference, what would be the stronger score to submit to collges?</p>
<p>Both are actually similar scores, so I suggest you send both. But if you retake and you improve a lot on one, then you should send that in.</p>
<p>You only need to prepare for and retake one of these. Every college/university that requires a standardized exam will accept either of them. </p>
<p>Think a bit about how you felt about the two different formats. Were you more comfortable with one or with the other? Did you run out of time on both of the exams or just on one of them? Which section did you run out of time in? When you’ve got those answers, you will be able to choose the one that you want to prep for. Give your folks a break and only make them pay for one more exam not two!</p>
