Please can anyone help me with this question:

A wire carries a 10.2 A current at an angle 90.0° from the direction of a magnetic field. If the magnitude of the magnetic force on a 5.3 m length of the wire is 15.0 N, what is the strength of the magnetic field?

I Need Help Please, Thank you !

I haven't done E&M in a while, but iirc, F=ILB, where I is current, L is length, and B is the magnetic field (and a vector, but in this case the direction is 90, so it doesn't affect it.)

Therefore, 15 N=(10.2 A)(5.3 m)(B). B=0.277. I think the units are T (tesla) but I really haven't done this in a while. You may have better luck asking on the AP prep forums.
