Recently I visited DC, and although I did not have a proper campus visit, I visited Georgetown and looked around. I have to say that Georgetown (both the college and the town) are incredibly beautiful and seem to be full of life. I'm interested in potentially studying law, enjoy English and politics, and thus see Georgetown as a potential fit. Also, the number of students is great, not too big not too small. I do have a few concerns. The price is very high, does Georgetown offer good financial aid? Also, does Georgetown being a Jesuit school really make that much of a difference? From what I've seen here, it does not. Also, it's incredibly competetive. What are the chances of me (4.4 w gpa, 2190 sats, 700 bio, 760 us, good ec's) getting in? Thanks so much for your help!
