i have given everything to Rutgers but nothing was matched untill yesterday and i repeatedly called them, made them search physically and got things right... now they are asking for the International Student Financial Statement... which is actually to be submitted only to get the I 20 n only if im admitted but they are asking for original financial documents which i dont need to send unless im enrolling... this is strange... what is it??? anyone know??? plss help....</p>
