HELP plz my schedule for next SEMESTER!!!

<p>what should i do??
i put on my UC app that i was gonna take AP psychology class next semester but i dont think i will because of my conflicting schedule and the rumors i have been hearing about this teacher. Also my school has AP psychology available is only in second semester. So I went to my counselor for help and they told me that i would have to send letters to colleges saying that Im no longer planning to take this class.
my ACT score is 29 and my GPA is 4.0 </p>

<p>MY QUESTION IS...would this affect my admissions at all cuz it is second semester right??</p>
