Help, plz. NYU Stern or Econ

<p>Hi, guys.</p>

<p>I want to transfer to NYU as a junior student. So I'm gonna apply during spring,2009. But I just learned that we can only pick one major there. So, I just can't decide which one will be best for me </p>

<p>right now, I am a student at a California Community College. I just finished my freshman yr w/a 4.0/4.0 GPA (30 units). Hopefully, when I apply nyu, I can maintain dat. But I have few ECs and have no job at this point. joined only a few clubs and gonna be a tutor next semester. That's all I have. :(</p>

<p>So is it possible for me to get into Stern? It seems I have nothing but a 4.0. Should I apply for stern or Econ major? Which one is better (i mean reputations, job placement, and better chance for me)? </p>

<p>If Stern is really your number one choice then I think you should definitely go for it. Can't really do much more than a 4.0.</p>
