There are more steps than that. I have found that I’m just not a very productive person…unless I’m in a productive mood.

When I fasted away from CC, I still found other things to keep me from being productive.

You could try my method of being a crazy obsessive person. But I don’t think the therapy costs are worth the extra hours of sleep (when I don’t have insomnia…)

Discipline, and understanding that the sooner I get it done, the less I have to worry about. That’s always worked for me.

Today I told myself I wasn’t going out until I wrote my English paper. And it got done. :)

First try and focus on rewards and how you’ll feel once everything is done. Try to move away from all distractions such as the internet, tv, video games etc… Create a schedule that lists the time period you want to complete tasks and organize the task into smaller parts. For example instead of spending 3 hours to write one essay, divide those 3 hours into 30 minute or 1 hour intervals.

I think I’m going crazy. I need someone to yell at me so I can get my head straight.

I’ve completely lost the concept of cause and effect. I don’t know why, but I seem to have this idea that I can get away with everything without studying or working for it, or I can just stay up all night before the test and everything will be OK. Someone make me understand the idea of cause and effect again…

I like procrastination.
