1490/1600, 2140/2400 SAT, one time
14 honors courses in high school
3 APs, got 5s on two APs last year
ECs are very good</p>
<p>Looking for business but I want a liberal arts education as well.

<p>Santa Clara would be a good reach for you. You have a mismatch between your grades and your SAT scores. Hard to tell what schools will do with that. Maybe a state university that puts more weight on SAT’s would be your best bet.</p>
<p>I would look at Miami (Ohio). It would be a reach based on your GPA but not based on your scores.</p>
<p>Thanks for the advice. my junior year GPA is a 3.25 (out of 4.0 unweighted), and I’m working on getting a 4.0 this year. I know there’s a mismatch between my stats. I need to work on putting effort into my classes, which is an ongoing process.</p>
