Help! question about making up D in honors class

<p>I took english honors sophomore year and I passed the first semester but then I got a D in my second semester.
so then I made it up the junior year of my summer BUT only the second semester.
And then suddenly my counselor calls me in today(im a senior now) and she BARELY TELLS ME NOW that If I had a D one semester for honors I HAVE to make up both semesters or the UC’s won’t accept me.
So i was wondering if this applies to the CSU’s as well? she said it doesn’t but I want to make sure just in case because I already sent in my apps for csu. :(</p>

<p>You should be fine for UC and CSU. You are only required to repeat the part you did not pass.</p>
