Help! Question!

My cal state schools I applied to sent me letters telling me what I need to do to complete the application and that I am "provisionally admitted". This is what it says on the Humboldt State website:

If you are still in high school, we might be able to admit you provisionally based on information you supply on your application. If you receive an official letter of admission from us, then wait until your final grades and your date of graduation are posted on the transcript before instructing your high school to send us an official transcript. If you do not receive a letter of admission within a month after you have applied, please make arrangements for your high school transcript to be sent as soon as your fall grades are posted, and again after your final grades and date of graduation are posted.

I am retaking a semester of a class this fall, and I need the credit to complete my a-g course requirements. So I wait until first semester to send in my transcripts? Does this make my chances go down at all if I have to wait to send mine?

Answer these 3 questions: Did they provisionally admit you? If so, what have they instructed provisionally admitted students to do? If not, what have they instructed those applicants to do?

I don't really see what is unclear here.

Allison, The website also showed my daughter as being "provisionally" admitted to Humboldt for a few weeks. Then she received the official letter in the mail and it switched to just "admitted." It took about five weeks for the letter to come after the provisionally admitted first appeared on the website. So, hopefully, by now you've received the actual letter.
