Help re: Track and the Ivies

With Stanford, he may be looking at a National Letter of Intent; however, I don’t know what the timeline is in a sport that has a fairly late signing period. For information, see here:
[National Letter of Intent Home Page](http://www.ncaa.org/wps/wcm/connect/nli/nli)

Thanks beenthere2
A LOI would be amazing, but it will depend on how he runs this Spring.

New question
S is looking at a few other schools he would like to reach out to in regards to recruitment.
My questions is, would it be best to have him start contact now, or wait until March when he will start having stronger times.
He is stays in contact with the Coach at his #1 choice, but as we all know, he can’t just stop there.
FYI…the other schools would include Harvard, Yale and Duke.

The fact that the D1 coach has already asked for his statistics shows that it may be time to contact the other schools you mentioned. It certainly shows interest on his behalf, something that coaches like. Even if they don’t reply now, he can just send updates later with his times.
