Help! Realistic school for transfer Economics major.

<p>My first two years of college have been a bit of a guessing game, but I've finally come to the realization that economics is for me. I spent my first year at Bentley College, and my current sophomore year at Goucher College. Unfortunately my GPA is only a 3.3, however this semester it's been all A's. </p>

<p>I'm completely lost as to what kind of schools I have a realistic chance of getting into, and what schools would be good for me. I'm originally from New York and would like to stay in the northeast. I've ventured up to Massachusetts and down to Maryland, so a 5 hour driving radius or so is what I'm looking at. All help is much appreciated!</p>

<p>Franklin & Marshall has a strong economics department. I have heard that the transfer acceptance rate is a lot better than the freshman acceptance rate (36. something% in 2008 according to college web page). It is very academically rigorous, but students get along well. Good Luck.</p>

<p>Why in the world are you working on your third school in three years? Do you have financial aid issues?</p>

<p>I was wondering that as well. Switching schools too much might throw a red flag to future colleges, now and if you pursue a graduate degree.</p>
