help! Regarding provided equations on physics B

I need some clarification. Its kind of lengthy, but please read it, this is really important for my studying.

1) Are the equations and the table of values (eg mass of a proton) provided on BOTH multiple choice and free response?

2) Are the equations and the constants/values provided at the same time? (The reason I ask this is b/c Princeton Review splits it up on their practice tests. They have table of values right before multiple choice but equations before free response.)

3) Are calculators forbidden on multiple choice but not on free response?

4) Finally, if tables of values are not provided on mutiple choice, how do we know what value to use for say, the charge of an electron? Are the provided in the question?

Thanks in advance everyone!

1) The table of information is provided in both sections. The equations are only provided on the FRQ.

2) See above.

3) Yes, calculators are forbidden on MC but allowed on the FRQ's.

4) They are allowed.

^ What do you mean they are allowed?

The table of info w/ the charge of an electron is allowed.
